Personally, I believe this is a superb photo. I adore that you shot it in black and white. Like AnnaRaine said, it would not be the same if you had shot it in color. The photo is so...interesting. It seems rather serene - with the sun shining through the clouds, onto the water. The sun casts a nice...illumination, or reflection (?) on the water. It especially looks cool since the wave has already broken, and it's then coming forward, with the white foam and all - you caught the motion quite well. The curvature of the road is interesting - it leads your eye. It's a little bit hard to tell whether it's the road way towards the "back" of the photo, or the water - but it's shiny. The building is a kinda an odd element, but like AnnaRaine also said, it keeps your eye moving around. The cars, signs, and electricity line (?) are rather interesting. They are small, and seemingly insignificant, but they add the element of proportion and size differences. Also, I really like the sun rays - it looks like a minimum of five - and how they break through the clouds. Those clouds at the top, have different tones. The clouds at the "back" or bottom of the photo are cool, too - because you can see there was a lot of clouds, and various, too. The colors - blacks, whites, grayscales, are varying and nice in this photo.
